Alka is the best!!! She recommended the best hair shampoo for me and it grew my hair so much thicker than usual, 100% recommend going here and seeing Alka xx

I had a spa experience booked for my birthday. The morning of,they texted to advise me they would have to reschedule because the consultant would not be in. They were happy to reschedule, but I had taken the day off for my birthday and to have the treatment. I did not foresee having any free time in the near future to avail myself of their offer also it was my special treat for my birthday. I thanked them for this, but declined the reschedule. Mombasa then contacted me a bit later to advise that they had asked one of their staff to come in a bit earlier so I could get a treatment. It was not what I had booked, but they offered me a choice of a massage or a body treatment. I took the massage and the consultant was amazing. I was given a lovely treat platter afterwards and even offered some “bubbles” for my special day. I could not have been happier. They went above and beyond to offer me a service on my special day. Thank you Mombasa!

I had my hair done prior to leaving home on our month long road trip and, as it usually happens, everything looked pretty good however, after washing my hair, I realised just how badly my fringe was cut! We were in the middle of nowhere so I had to put up with it for over a week until we got to Alica Springs and I discovered Mombasa Hair! I was fortunate enought to have Jean allocated to fix my fringe and all I can say is that I wish I could have brought Jean home with me to the Northern Rivers - we have lots of (expensive) hairdressers here but most really don't know how to cut hair properly - it's all smoke and mirrors...
